This tree is a favorite roost for Turkey Vultures as is documented in this earlier post: Turkey Vulture – Roost. On this day I arrived just after the entire congregation had caught their morning thermal. Dozens of Turkey Vultures circled overhead at several different altitudes. Some were quite low as you can see in these pictures.
