An unusually large congregation of Canada Geese in an unusual location. These birds were observed in Carrollton’s Greenbelt Park near Rosemeade Parkway. The geese remained in this area for several weeks before finally moving on.

Yep, that’s a large grouping! I see groups maybe a third of that size in the Valley Ranch canals on the other side of the levy from the new-ish Sam Houston trail. I’ve seen them at many times of year.
