We observed this solitary Mute Swan at McInnish Park in Carrollton. This swan has been on park property for two seasons. During this time the swan lived in the marshy areas on the west side of the park. The bird disappeared from the site in mid-September of 2012, possibly due to the marshes drying up in the extended drought.
