I observed this Red-tail Hawk in Garland, Texas. The hawk was flying low over a parking lot. As I made my way to my car, the hawk flew past me and landed on a near by streetlight. He stayed there long enough for just a few pictures. From there he flew over to the top of a nearby building, and landed in a place where he was no longer visible.
The part of Garland that this observation was made in is mostly made up of warehouses, industries, and business parks. It is a very urbanized environment.
