This Red-tailed Hawk was photographed just outside a window on the 43rd floor of the Fountain Place building in downtown Dallas. It is just one of many Red-tailed Hawks making their living in this urban center. The hawk had landed on a small metal projection, which is possibly the only suitable perching location on this
