This extremely large Paper Wasp nest was found at the Village Creek Drying Beds in Arlington, Texas. It was located near the top of a small oak tree, and was as big around as dinner plate. There must have been nearly 100 wasps on this nest, but they were not aggressive. In fact, the wasps were hardly moving at all, and were slightly torpid due to the unseasonably cool weather.
