Canada Geese and their young of various ages observed in unincorporated Denton County.

In this picture gaggle of goslings follow their mother.

This is a group of slightly older goslings. It is becoming difficult to tell them from the adults.

A proud Canada Goose parent.

A mated pair of Canada Geese and their goslings swimming across a small pond.

Younger goslings on the right. Older goslings on the left. The older juveniles are distinguishable from the adults mostly by their behavior. For example, the way they still follow their parents around is a sure giveaway.

A goose, a gander, and one of their goslings.
